Please read our shipping and delivery information carefully before placing your order with House of Basera.

Shipping & Delivery – India

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 working hours and it usually takes 7-8 days after dispatch to reach you, depending on your location

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please inform us within 03 days of delivery by emailing thehouseofbasera@gmail.com or through the chat option available on our website.

Kindly include your order number along with an image of the product when submitting your request. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details.

Product Condition

The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving any return, refund or exchange request.

  • Products showing signs of use or wear will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Such products will be returned to the customer.
  • House of Basera's decision regarding return, refund or exchange requests shall be final.
  • Products exchanged once are not eligible for another return or exchange.

Partial COD Orders

Some orders are placed using our Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) payment option.

If a customer refuses to accept the order, fails to take delivery, or the order is returned due to customer-related reasons, the ₹149 advance Partial COD amount paid at the time of placing the order is non-refundable.

Please note: ₹149 is not a COD charge. It is an advance payment collected to confirm your order and will not be refunded if the order is refused, not accepted, or returned due to customer-related reasons.

Order Cancellation

House of Basera reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Technical or typographical errors in pricing or product information.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Delivery-related issues.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to your original payment method. However, for Partial COD orders, if the order is cancelled due to customer refusal, non-acceptance, failure to receive the shipment, or an incorrect/incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, the ₹149 advance Partial COD amount is non-refundable.

Note: Under any circumstances, House of Basera reserves the right to make the final decision regarding order acceptance, cancellation, returns, refunds, exchanges, and any related disputes. The decision of House of Basera shall be final and binding.
